Geoff and Faye offer you the warmest of welcomes to Arden Country House Bed and Breakfast, their cosy, family-run B&B which lies amidst the beautiful countryside of New Zealand's South Island, just off State Highway 1. The location is superb, with panoramic views of the property's 3.5 acre grounds, and the lively city of Dunedin just 10 minutes away by car. B & B guests can enjoy a tailor-made breakfast, as well as delicious home made treats such as Faye's excellent jams and muffins.

Having been in the bed and breakfast business for 10 years, we understand that there is a fine line between offering attentive service and overcrowding guests, and therefore aim to maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the house. We are always willing to help our guests, whether that is through providing information about the local area, or simply a cup of tea now and then, however we also understand that some guests may require a greater degree of privacy than others, and these guests may prefer to stay in our very affordable Gardener's Cottage. This rustic self catering cottage lies to the rear of the property and sleeps up to 5 people.
